PROOF OF CONCEPT

• definition of basic organizational substructures (person, organization/location, role/responsibility, project)
• theory (object modeling, relation sales model, MUM functions)
• implementation of the object model into MUM test system
Results:
• visualizing organizational substructures as ppt, excel or pdf
• model with real data viewed in MUM as a basis for the next phases
• feedback seen from the person responsible for the project (proof of concept)

3 WEEKS
TEST INSTALLATION
Our services:
• installation and Operation of the testsystem on Netconomy servers
• basic training for an administrator and one test user (1 day each)
• 1-day analyses (extension of the existing data model)
• personal hotline and weekly jour fixe
Results:
• extended and deployed object model with real data
• visualizing extended data model as ppt, excel or pdf
• feedback from customer
• Stop or Go for implementation
Requirements:
• 3 days proof of concept
• additional organisational or infrastructure data (depending on the planned solution)

Implementation
